Naan Bread Recipe
Naan bread is a very popular side dish that we eat with the beautiful curries from India! This side dish is a delicious bread cooked in a fire oven. There are so many different flavours to choose from, and we most definitely love to dip it in our butter chicken!
Your job is to watch the provided video and write out the recipe for it. Try make sure that you get all of the ingredients, as well as write out the steps that need to be taken to make it.

bowl 260 grams of flour, tsp of sugar tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt, a cup of plan yougurt,2 tsp of olive oil, milk,mix, garlic, nigella seeds, coriander | What you will need is a bowl 260 grams of flour tsp of sugar tsp of baking powder a pinch of salt then give it a little mix after you have mixed that u will have to add a cup of yougurt then you will have to add 2 tsp of olive oil and then add a splash of milk give it a little mix add another splash of milk continue mixing but with your hands if you add to much milk it will go sticky. Once your dough has combined stretch it then rool it into a ball then flatten it a little bit and cut in half. After that get one half and fatten it out and measure it in a pan. Cut up some garlic after that get your dough that you have flattened and lie your dough down on your cut up garlic get a rolling pin and roll it on top of your dough and garlic and that it is your garlic naam add some nigella seeds on top press them in with your rolling pin. Finally add a little bit of coriander over the top and push the coriander into the dough with the rolling pin and that is your naam bread ready to cook in a frying pan. Once the pan is nice and hot you are going to get your naam bread and lie it down in the frying pan to cook make sure you cook it for 3 mins on both sides. That is your naam bread done. |
